Band Forms
The following forms are available:  medical/release forms, sign-up sheets and most other band forms.

After School Attendance Policy
If a student is going to be absent from rehearsal they must turn in a Absentee Notification form (outside the band office on the stereo cabinet) to the director the day before the absence. Click here for Attendance Policy.
Plan ahead! Do your homework early, and submit rehearsal schedules to employers far in advance. Work conflicts and homework assignments will not be accepted as an excuse for absence.
 

Band Discipline Plan
Do you know what happens when you are late to rehearsal? What's the consequence when you skip a sectional? Go to the About menu up top, click on Handbook, and check out our new Band Discipline Plan at the bottom of the page. We will go by this the rest of the year, so familiarize yourself with it.
